I believe our bodies are incredible, and when we take care of them from every angle, they allow us to live longer, move better, and feel our best. My approach is holistic, blending movement, fitness, nutrition, recovery, and mindfulness to help you prevent injury, build strength, and support long-term wellness.

Every program I create is tailored to you, because no two bodies or lives are the same. So, my goal is simple: to help your body thrive so you can feel confident, capable, and energized every day.

Working Together

There are many ways we can work together. Explore personalized coaching for every stage of your journey - whether 1:1 or alongside others through duet & small group sessions. Each program is designed to build strength, support movement, and integrate wellness into every aspect of your life.

  • Custom and flexible 2x- and 3x-week programs available for 30 minutes to 1 hour, designed to meet your goals. Programs are 4-weeks, 6-weeks, and 8-weeks. Single sessions — recommended for maintenance and check-ins. Includes a complimentary consultation with assessment.

  • Specialized programming incorporated in the fitness programs upon request. Applies to focus on movement — posture, mobility, strength and recovery. Recommended for prehab and post-surgery.

  • Specialized program incorporated into fitness programs upon request. Applies focus on mindfulness, general behavioral coaching— including addressing barriers to exercise, and basic nutrition, and rest

  • Specialized programming upon request. Breathwork, posture, modified functional fitness, strength, and core technique transitions through every trimester and after. Ideal for preparation for a safe delivery and recovery.
